About the Journal

Al-Qawānīn: Journal of Law, Sharia and Islamic Studies is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal.  The journal publishes research articles, conceptual articles, and book reviews of law, Islamic law, Islamic criminal law, Islamic civil law, and Islamic Studies (See Focus and Scope). The articles of this journal are published 2 times a year; June and December by the Center for Islamic Legal Studies, Shafal 'Ulum Al-Aziziyah Islamic Education Foundation, North Aceh, Indonesia.
